This house was built from scratch on 5 acres of land at Galston in Sydney’s North West.

As with most new builds and renovations, owners are usually keen to move in as soon as possible, this can be very demanding for the painter as we are trying to achieve a high standard of work in a dustless environment, and with electricians, carpenters, and plumbers finishing of their work it can be very difficult.

New work is always very challenging, because of the many coats of paint that need to be applied, the sanding, and filling of surfaces to be brought up to a finish of high quality.

The living areas had high cathedral ceilings, and walls, and all of the cedar woodwork some of which included eight foot panel doors, with moulded architraves, and skirtings made for a interesting, and rewarding project.

The colours have been well chosen, with a multitude of feature walls to complement all of the furnishings, tiled bathrooms, cedar woodwork and the hardwood timber floors.
